Score the most Victory Points (VP) by collecting and trading in sets of lantern cards.
The board is a lake. Each tile has 4 colored sides. You place tiles next to each other to grow the lake.
When anyone places a tile, ALL players get a lantern card — the color on the side facing them.
You're always getting cards, even on opponents' turns!
Spend 2 favor tokens to swap one lantern card for a different color from the supply.
Trade in a set of lantern cards to earn VP tokens:
⚡ VP tokens decrease in value — first to score gets the most points!
Place one tile from your hand onto the board next to an existing tile.
🎁 Matching bonus: If your tile's edge matches the adjacent tile's color, you get an extra card of that color!
⭐ Platform tiles (gold dot) earn favor tokens when placed with a color match.
Select tile: Click a tile in your hand (bottom of screen)
Rotate tile: Click the selected tile again to rotate 90°
Place tile: Click a glowing dashed square on the board
Select cards for dedication: Click your lantern cards (colored rectangles)
Pan board: Click and drag the board
Zoom: Mouse wheel / scroll
🏃 Dedicate early — VP tokens are worth more at the start
🎯 Match edges — bonus cards are huge. Rotate tiles to line up colors
👀 Watch opponents — you can see their cards. Don't give them what they need!
🌈 Go for 7 unique — it's worth the most VP (10 points first time)
🔴 Exhaust the supply — if a color runs out, anyone who would get it gets nothing
