Privacy Policy — Springfield Meet

Springfield Meet ("we", "us") operates the meet.sleepyreaper.com event scheduling service.

Information We Collect

When you RSVP to an event, we collect only information you voluntarily provide:

• Name — displayed on the event page so other attendees can see who's coming
• Email address (optional) — used solely to send event reminder notifications
• Phone number (optional) — used solely to send SMS event reminder notifications

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for:

• Displaying your name on the event RSVP list
• Sending you event reminders at 24 hours, 3 hours, and 15 minutes before the event (if you provided contact info)

We do NOT sell, share, or use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than event reminders.

Data Storage

Your information is stored securely in Azure Cosmos DB within our Azure subscription. Data is retained for the duration of the event and may be deleted after the event concludes.

SMS Messages

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive up to 3 SMS messages per event (reminders at 24h, 3h, and 15min before). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by simply not providing your phone number on future events, or by replying STOP to any message.
