Service Description
Springfield Meet is a free event scheduling and video call service. We provide event creation, RSVP tracking, reminder notifications, and video call links via Jitsi Meet.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (name, email, phone)
- You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes
- You acknowledge that video calls are hosted by Jitsi Meet (a third-party service) and are subject to their terms
SMS Notifications
- By providing your phone number, you consent to receive up to 3 event reminder SMS messages per event
- Message frequency: up to 3 messages per event you RSVP to
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time
- Reply HELP for assistance
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
